Congratulations! Your film will be screened at this years ACTION ON FILM FESTIVAL, now what do you do?
Simple, just follow these rules and you will have a great time. 1. MAKE SURE THAT WE RECEIVE A PRISTINE COPY OF YOUR FILM ON DVD FOR SCREENING: We will not be
ripping the copy of your film that you sent in for the festival and burning it to a compilation disk. , We will be showing your film directly from your DVD, if your DVD is not clean and first
quality, your audience is going to know it. Please submit a pristine copy of your film on DVD by July 18, 2005 You should mail your accepted film in immediately to EFC 174 W.
Foothill Blvd Monrovia CA 91016 #332 2. MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE ALL OF YOUR PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS, STILLS, SYNOPSIS ETC., If we have not received your
promotional materials, i.e., prints, stills, synopsis, director’s bio etc., we can not publish you in our directory and program. If you have not sent it in, get it in now. We’re
here to promote you, make sure you give us all the tools to do it properly. All promotional materials are due by July 12, 2005 or your information will not be included in the print
materials. Send all information to [email protected] If you submitted your information via withoutabox and you included an electronic press kit with all information then you should be set.

LET US KNOW YOU’RE GOING TO ATTEND: Every accepted film will receive two all purpose passes to the three day film festival, all screening rooms, Reception, symposium, the Martial Arts Tournament, and the Challenge of the Masters show. However, you have to let us know that you are coming. Please RSVP by July 12, 2006 You may RSVP by sending an e-mail to [email protected] Your tickets will be held on WILL CALL for your arrival and a special booth has been set up for all attending filmmakers so getting in will be simple and hassle free. We will not be mailing out advance tickets. If you have family, friends, cast, crew or fans who want to order tickets have them e-mail [email protected] and a customer service rep will contact them and take their order. Be sure to include your phone number and the number of tickets you would like to purchase. All other tickets will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
4. WHEN WILL MY FILM SCREEN? There are three screening rooms and a large auditorium. A schedule will be posted for all films on Tuesday July 12, 2005 on this site. 5.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY FILM IS IN COMPETITION FOR AN AWARD? All films nominated for awards will be listed on this site by July 19, 2005. The judging continues and there will be approximately four films and filmmakers nominated for each category. From those winners, a Grand Prize Winner will be chosen.

guests such as last years; David Carradine. AWARD CEREMONY: The AOF Award Show will be held on Saturday July 29, 2006 at the Long Beach Convention Center Grand Ballroom.
Awards will be given in the following divisions: Best Director / Best Picture / Best Short / Best Action Sequence
Best Screenplay / Best Actor / Best Actress / Best Score Best Animation / Best Screenplay / Best Cinematography
Breakout Action Star / Best Fight Choreography Please note that each accepted filmmaker will receive two all inclusive passes for the festival. These
passes gain you and a guest entrance into any of the four screening rooms, the International Tournament, Mixer Party, Specialty Shows etc.,
THESE PASSES MAY NOT BE USED FOR THE AWARD PRESENTATION. A SPECIAL DISCOUNT IS AVAILABLE FOR THE AWARD SHOW IS AVAILABLE FOR ONLY $20.00 FOR INVITED FILMMAKERS AND THEIR GUESTS.
